Streamer provides streaming media to the iPhone & iPod Touch. It streams any type of media you want via RTSP, MMS, HTTP, Shoutcast, Icecast. With support for your favorite audio and video codecs, you're ready to stream! It comes pre-loaded with a selection of audio (music) and video (Television) streams and more are to come. A large part of its functionality can be found in the bookmarks section. Using bookmarks you can add your own internet streaming media. There's lots of possibilities with Streamer. You can even set up your own internet stream using a desktop application such as VLC, and have Streamer view it right on your device. That makes for a great way to watch live TV or even use it as a baby monitor! While there's tons of streaming media on the internet, you can also enter any direct link to a media file on the internet as a bookmark and play it back. No matter what the video or audio type is! - Once installation is finished you can tap on the OPEN button to start it. Its icon will also be added to your device home screen.
